At La Vallé des Couleurs Nature Park / Vallé Advenature Park, there is a geological phenomenon called the 23-Coloured Earth, where the soil/ground shows many vibrant hues (reds, browns, ochre, purples, bluish, greenish etc.), result of volcanic ash + chemical weathering over millions of years.
